Dinner under the stars Friday July 2

Dinner on Friday evening July 2 will take place in the vineyards of Laurence, in his beautiful estateMy room in Saint-Amour. The dinner will be prepared by the two-star chef of the restaurantAs of February 14in Saint Amour,Chief Masafumi Hamano. The Chef has chosen two producers for the occasion whom he will honour: Pierre-Eudes Quintart, squab producer, and Augustin Raspail Berge, market gardener. The producers will be present to testify to their work and their commitment as breeder/producer. The dinner will be prepared with local products, all accompanied by an agreement with wines from the Saint-Amour cru. This friendly and magical evening will aim to take guests on a journey from the earth to the plate, to the stars, with a touch of music and a hint of magic.
