Join us for a dinner that aims to promote the culinary, artisanal and artistic heritage of Hauts-de-France.
The factoryEncuentro, opens its doors to share with you a unique experience, in total immersion in this former spinning mill in Saint-André-Lez-Lille at the gates of Lille.
Let yourself be guided by the talent chefs and their wivesDiego Delbecq and Camille Pailleau(Rozo) &Ismail Guerre-Genton and Inès Rodriguez(The footprint) who will offer you a 6-course dinner.
The dinner will be entirely accompanied by Champagne and wines of the HouseLelarge-Pugeot.
The Chefs have decided to highlight the products of the Encuentro factory among other producers in the region.
