Wax Dinner Arles

The Poetic Party inaugurates its new place in Arles.

For five consecutive evenings, Olivier Darné and Christophe Lavelle unite their passions and their know-how as a visual artist-beekeeper on the one hand, and as a bio-physico-chemist on the other.

This series of dinners will be an opportunity to concoct and, above all, share, a clever and nourishing cocktail of knowledge and emotions.

Each dish is a real experience in itself.

The dishes will be accompanied by wines from the Gassier Family: Château de Nages, Domaines Gassier, Halos de Jupiter.

At the piano:

Olivier Darne, visual artist and director of the Poetic Party

Christophe Lavelle, biophysicist, CNRS researcher and co-founder of the Food 2.0 LAB.

They will be accompanied by the ChefElizabeth Speno

This friendly and magical evening will aim to take guests on a journey from the earth to the plate, to the stars, via the hives.

The secret MENU will take place in 6 acts

THE TICKET PRICE IS PER PERSON
